Refund Policy

At WoleMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via support@wolemusic.cfd
  2. Provide your order number (WM-XXXXXX) and reason for return
  3. Include photos of the product and packaging
  4. We will review and respond within 24 hours
  5. If approved, we'll arrange pickup or provide return instructions

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Paystack)
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation when your refund is processed

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged through misuse or negligence
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
  • Software, digital products, or gift cards
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

7. Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. We can assist in facilitating warranty claims.
