"Products" refers to gadgets, electronics, and accessories listed on our platform
"Order" refers to a purchase request submitted through our platform

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account & Device ID

WoleMusic does not require user registration. Your device is identified by an anonymous device ID. You are responsible for all orders placed from your device.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
Prices are subject to change without notice
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if products are mispriced
Product availability is subject to stock levels

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
Payment is processed securely through Paystack
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification
A delivery fee of NGN 3,500 applies to all orders

6. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
You must provide accurate delivery information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on WoleMusic, including logos, text, images, and software, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. AI Chat Assistant

Our AI assistant provides information and recommendations
AI responses are for guidance only and do not constitute binding offers
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Submit false information or fraudulent orders
Interfere with the operation of our services
Use automated systems to access our platform without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoleMusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law.
